HƯỚNG DẪN THỦ TỤC XIN VISA THỔ NHĨ KỲ

 

Cho mục đích: du lịch

(Để đảm bảo kết quả tốt nhất xin Quý khách vui lòng chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ đầy đủ theo các tiêu chí).

I. HỒ SƠ CÁ NHÂN

1. Hộ chiếu bản gốc còn giá trị sử dụng trên 6 tháng (Hộ chiếu cũ nếu có)

2. 02 ảnh 4 x 6 phông trắng

3. Chứng minh thư nhân dân/căn cước công dân – bản sao công chứng/photo

4. Giấy khai sinh – bản sao công chứng/photo (bắt buộc nếu khách trẻ con đi cùng bố mẹ)

5. Đăng ký kết hôn – bản sao công chứng/photo

6. Sổ hộ khẩu – bản sao công chứng/photo

7. Bằng cấp các loại nếu khách trẻ tuổi

8. Ảnh chân dung vợ chồng, gia đình con cái, ảnh nhà cửa, ảnh xe ô tô (nếu có), ảnh cửa hàng, công ty (nếu có) – bản in màu A4 hoặc in ảnh A5.

II. HỒ SƠ CÔNG VIỆC

Cá nhân là chủ doanh nghiệp Cá nhân làm hợp đồng Cá nhân nghỉ hưu Học sinh, sinh viên
* Đăng ký kinh doanh – bản sao công chứng/photoð

* Giấy nộp tiền và ngân sách nhà nước 3 tháng gần nhất

* Giấy nộp thuế 3 tháng gần nhất.

* Sao kê tài khoản Công ty 03 tháng gần nhất – bản gốc

 * Quyết định bổ nhiệm chức vụ hoặc hợp đồng lao động – bản sao công chứng/photo

* Sao kê tài khoàn ngân hàng trả lương 3 tháng gần nhất – bản gốc

* Bảng lương 3 tháng gầnnhất – Bản gốc

*  Bảo hiểm XH + bảo hiểm y tế – bản sao côngchứng/photo

* Quyết định cho phép đi dulịch – bản gốc

 * Quyết định nghỉ hưu– bản sao công chứng/photo

* Thẻ hưu trí – Sao y bản chính tại địa phương

* Sổ nhận lương hưu – bản sao công chứng/photo

* Bảo hiểm hưu trí – bản sao công chứng/photo

 * Thẻ học sinh hoặc thẻ sinh viên – bản sao công chứng/photo

* Đơn xin nghỉ học có xác nhận của nhà trường – Bản gốc

* Nếu dưới 18 tuổi phải có giấy ủy quyền của Bộ hoặc Mẹ cho đi du lịch –Bản gốc.

* Bằng khen nếu có

III.HỒ SƠ TÀI CHÍNH

1. Sổ tiết kiệm – photo và xác nhận số dư tại thời điểm hiện tại – bản gốc. (xác nhận số dư cách ngày nộp hồ sơ tối thiểu 14 ngày).

2. Sao kê tài khoản cá nhân 6 tháng gần nhất – bản gốc

3. Thẻ ANZ, Visa Card, Master Card – photo

4. Sổ đỏ nhà đất hợp đồng mua bán cho thuê nhà đất, mua bán chung cư, BĐS khác – bản sao công chứng/photo

5. Đăng ký Xe ô tô (nếu có) – bản sao công chứng/photo

6. Giấy chứng nhận, phiếu chứng nhận đóng góp cổ phần cho công ty, mua cổ phiếu – bản sao công chứng/photo

36. VISA REQUIREMENTS

FOR BUSINESS VISA

  1. Your passport, a complete visa application form and 1 passport sized photograph, 2 Invitation letter from partner company in Turkey, clearly specifying the purpose of

your visit, duration and places of your stay, how your travel and living expenses will be financed,

  1. Letter from your company including supportive documents such as job contract, plane tickets, hotel reservations and all other useful information.
  2. Notarized English copy of business/ investment license of your company.

FOR STUDENT VISA

  1. Your passport, a complete visa application form and 1 passport sized photograph,
  2. An acceptance letter from a Turkish educational institution,
  3. Your birth certificate (with stamp of the Consular Department),
  4. Juridical certificate (with stamp of the Consular Department),
  5. Evidence of financial source,
  6. Your educational qualification (diplomas, certificates, ).

After getting visa, you have to come to the Embassy of Turkey in Hanoi to sign a Notice for Student Visa Applicants.

FOR WORKING VISA

  1. Your passport, a complete visa application form and 1 passport sized photograph
  2. Invitation letter from the employer in Turkey, clearly explaining the scope of work, duration of work and how your travel and living expenses will be financed,
  3. Reference letters from previous employers,
  4. Notarized copy of your educational qualification,

When you apply for working visa, you have to sign a Notice for Working Visa Applicants.

FOR TOURIST VISA

  1. Your passport, a complete visa application form and 1 passport sized photograph,
  2. Your hotel reservation,
  3. Your flight ticket booking,
  4. Original letter from a tour operator or Turkish reference mentioning the purpose of your visit, destination, duration and place(s) of stay in Turkey.
  5. Financial support for traveling in

FOR TRANSIT VISA

Which country you are traveling after Turkey,

  1. Dates of arrival and departure in and from Turkey,
  2. Port or airport of arrival and departure,
  3. Visa or resident permit for the destination country is

TRANSIT VISA FOR SEAMEN

  1. Application form and one passport-sized photograph for a person (you should come to take them from the Embassy as we receive only the original ones),
  2. Passports of crew,
  3. Seaman passports,
  4. Decision of the Vietnamese Institution (eg. Vietnam Maritime University, Ministry of Transportation or a company) mentioning names and passport numbers of the seamen. This decision should be legalized by the Consular Department,
  5. A signed letter from the Turkish partner (eg. a Turkish maritime & transport company),
  6. Copy of the list of crew,
  7. Copy of the vessel’s certificate,
  8. Flight ticket reservation for all the relevant

Before applying transit visa for seamen, please contact with the Embassy of Turkey to get a form to be filled by the Turkish partner.

 

You are kindly advised to consult with the Embassy about other details of visa procedure (fee, waiting time for different kinds of visas, etc.) before you apply for a visa.

Please take into consideration that visa is issued only for the bearer of the passport. The Embassy of Turkey should note down under the visa sticker whether the accompanying children registered in the passport are to travel with the bearer or not. The bearer of the passport is responsible for checking his/her passport and visa sticker whether the above mentioned obligation is fulfilled by the Embassy or not, before leaving the Embassy. Same amount of visa fee is also charged for each of the accompanying children registered in the same passport if they are to travel with the bearer of the passport.

Visa fee is payable only in USD.
